Data Protection
Last updated 2025-10-12
Scope
This Data Protection statement explains how RevPilot Nexus collects, uses, and stores personal data when you use websites and cloud services hosted at comaelo.digital. It applies to visitors, trial users, and paying customers. It does not cover third-party sites we link to. If you interact with us on behalf of a company, we process both organizational contact data and personal identifiers of individuals who communicate with us. Korean privacy requirements inform this document, including the Personal Information Protection Act where applicable.
Contact
Questions about privacy practices may be directed to [email protected]. Include enough context for us to identify your relationship to our services without sending unnecessary sensitive data. We respond within reasonable timelines described on our contact page. If you need postal correspondence, use the business address published in the site footer. For data subject requests, include your name, organization, and a description of the request so we can authenticate you responsibly before taking action.
Data collected
We collect account details such as name, email, organization, and role; usage telemetry necessary to operate and secure the service; support communications; and content you upload such as annotations and CSV imports. We collect cookie data as described in the Cookie Settings section hosted on our policies page. We avoid collecting sensitive categories unless you voluntarily supply them in a support ticket, in which case we minimize retention and use them only to resolve the issue you raised.
Retention
We retain account and billing records as long as your subscription remains active and for a period afterward to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution needs. Support messages may be retained for operational learning but are access-controlled. Telemetry logs roll off on a schedule designed for security investigations. You may request deletion of personal data where compatible with legitimate interests and legal obligations; some residual copies may persist briefly in backups before aging out according to our backup policy.
Third parties
We use infrastructure and communications providers to host and deliver the service. Those processors access data only under contract and instructions. We do not sell personal data. If we add subprocessors materially relevant to you, we will update documentation and, where required, provide notice. If you integrate third-party feeds via CSV or manual entry, your relationship with those providers remains separate, and you must ensure lawful transfer to us.
Use of data
We use personal data to operate accounts, authenticate users, deliver features you request, monitor reliability, and communicate service updates. Analytics, when consented, helps us understand navigation patterns so we can improve clarity—not to build unrelated marketing profiles. We restrict internal access to least-privilege roles and log administrative access where appropriate. Automated decisions with legal effects are not part of the default product.
Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Korean data subjects may contact us to exercise rights under PIPA where applicable. We verify requests to prevent fraud. If we cannot honor a request due to legal retention needs, we explain the limitation. You may lodge a complaint with competent supervisory authorities where the law permits without prejudicing other remedies.
Cookie Settings

Contact
For questions about cookies or this policy, email [email protected]. If you adjust preferences in our banner, those choices are stored locally in your browser as described below. We do not use cookies to perform automated profiling for lending or similar restricted purposes. Our team can explain which categories apply to your account type if you are unsure after reading the categories section.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. They help remember preferences, keep sessions secure, and understand basic usage patterns. Similar technologies include local storage keys we use for theme selection when you opt in. Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by embedded providers). This policy focuses on first-party controls we operate directly from comaelo.digital.
Third parties
If we embed content or fonts, those providers may set their own cookies governed by their policies. We minimize embeds and prefer self-hosted assets where feasible. When a third-party cookie is required for security or delivery, we list it in the categories table with purpose and duration. You can manage many third-party cookies through browser settings independent of our banner, though that may affect site appearance.
Consent
Essential cookies are necessary for security and basic navigation; they are used based on our legitimate interests. Analytics cookies, if enabled, rely on your consent collected through the banner. Rejecting analytics does not block access to marketing-neutral pages. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site storage keys or revisiting the banner when we surface it again after a policy change. Consent records are stored with a timestamp in local storage for operational debugging.
Preferences
Theme and accessibility preferences may be stored locally with brand-prefixed keys so we do not collide with other sites on shared machines. Preference cookies do not track you across the web. If you use multiple browsers, preferences are independent per browser profile. Clearing browser data removes these preferences, and you will see default settings until you choose again.
Categories
Essential: session security, load balancing, and fraud prevention. Preferences: theme keys and cookie banner state. Analytics (optional): aggregated navigation metrics without selling data. Duration: essential cookies persist as needed for sessions; preference keys persist until cleared; analytics cookies expire within thirteen months if enabled. Providers: first-party comaelo.digital hosts; subprocessors listed in Data Protection may set technical cookies required for delivery.
Refund Policy
Last updated 2025-11-19
Eligibility
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may request a refund within fourteen days of initial purchase if you have not materially used paid features beyond reasonable evaluation. Enterprise or custom agreements may define different windows in writing. Eligibility requires that your account is in good standing and that you contact us from the registered email. We may deny refunds when abuse, chargebacks, or contract violations are present.
Contact
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with your organization name, subscription tier, and the reason for the request. We reply with confirmation and any follow-up questions within one business day under normal volumes. If you purchased through a reseller, that reseller’s policy may apply first; we will clarify routing when we detect a reseller reference in your account notes.
Timeframe
Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days and may take additional time to appear depending on your payment method and banking partners. Partial refunds, when applicable, follow the same initiation window prorated to unused whole months unless a written exception exists. If a refund is delayed by external processors, we will provide reference identifiers to help you trace the payment.
Process
We verify account ownership, review usage logs at a high level, and confirm no conflicting chargebacks are in progress. If approved, we instruct our processor to credit the original method where possible; otherwise we propose an alternative settlement path. We document the decision internally for quality standards. If denied, we explain the basis and offer options such as plan changes when appropriate.
Scope
This policy covers software subscription fees for RevPilot Nexus services. It does not cover third-party fees, travel for on-site workshops, or bespoke engineering unless explicitly listed on an order form. Korean consumer protection rules may grant additional rights to certain customers; where they conflict with this document, mandatory provisions prevail. Nothing here limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.
Exceptions
No refunds are available for months already consumed, for add-on services fully delivered, or where terms of service were violated. Promotional credits are non-refundable. If a payment dispute is initiated with your bank, we pause refund processing until the dispute resolves to avoid duplicate credits. Custom enterprise contracts may supersede portions of this policy when explicitly signed by both parties.
